MAPP appointed to manage Max Barney Shoreditch development

MAPP, the leading UK property management specialist, said today it has been appointed by innovative developer/ landlord The Max Barney Estate, owner of large parts of Shoreditch, to manage their latest development, 168 Shoreditch High Street. The 33,000 sq ft contemporary building in the heart of Shoreditch completes this month.

The property comprises five floors of office and terraces and ground floor retail and restaurant. Max Barney will also make 168 its headquarters. MAPP’s role is to match the great design, specification and location with great experience, occupier service and property management.

The role of the property manager is changing and the key to great asset performance in the future will lie above and beyond prompt rent collection, service charge compliance, and safe secure environments.
